International Day of Project Management | PM Stories
Overwhelmed by commitments in recent days did not have time to read all the news in Google Reader-a and only now learned that on Thursday car tax on 6.11.2008 was the International Day of Project Management (International Project Mangement Day). The holiday was invented car tax by Frank P. Saladis, PMP, and is celebrated for the third time. Is not very clear algorithm that is chosen date each year, but I guess this is the first Thursday of November.
The idea of this day is to celebrate the professional achievements in the field of project management and each manager to share their personal challenges and achievements at work. The event is supported and notes with conferences and seminars car tax of all major Project Management organizations such as PMI, IPMA and IIL.
Despite the fact that I was late two days, I want to take this opportunity to congratulate car tax all colleagues involved in project management, with the feast of the project manager and wish them more successful projects, confidence and self-esteem at work. Our work is difficult and not very grateful, but only we know what it's like in the day you finish the next project. To see your product car tax in action, you know that you contributed to the success of the customer and that ultimately helped, even a little, to make this world a better place - this is the real satisfaction of our profession.
Be brave, tenacious and have faith in yourself and your team! Be open and communicative, give of yourself more and it will keep you coming back repeatedly. This is the path to success. I hope this blog have contributed car tax little to the development of our professional community.
